THE COMPANY BEHIND THE WORK.
JQUE exists for the part of a project where the drawings meet the site. The difficult part is often the access, the sequence, the protection, the adjacent operations, and the handoff to the next trade.
For more than 15 years, JQUE Designs has worked in commercial, institutional, retail, residential, and technical interior environments. That experience changes how we read a scope and how early we see the pressure points.
Our role is practical: bring the work into focus, set it up properly, manage the field activity, and keep the project team informed when conditions change. The goal is a controlled handoff to whatever comes next.

JQUE combines specialty field services with practical project management. We can be brought in for a defined demolition, coring, abatement, or remediation scope, or to help hold together the review, access, protection, logistics, reporting, and closeout around that work.

Plan openings, penetrations, and coring around structure, access, and the work that follows.

Carry out controlled removal within the available project information, site requirements, and defined scope.
Remediation
Organize affected-area work around a clear sequence, site controls, and documented closeout.
Project management
Keep scope, schedule, logistics, trade interfaces, reporting, and closeout connected within the defined role.
